COLD WATER BASS FISHING | A TON of PICKEREL | HOW TO FISH a JERKBAIT | KAYAK FISHING

Went to Oakum Creek at Munden Point Park today. I figured I would try to kayak fish for some cold water bass. Unfortunately, all I managed to get were two very small bass and a ton of pickerel. Mid way through the video I give some tips on how I was fishing a jerkbait in the creek bends. Now in the creek, usually the outer portion is significantly deeper than the inside. So I was casting the jerkbait to the outer edges and bringing it along the current break of the inside portion of the creek. This is where I found most of my bites. Hope this tip on how to fish jerkbaits was helpful and we will catch you next time. Thanks for watching!
