Winter Smallmouth Bassfishing on the Potomac River!!!

I got the chance to do some Winter smallmouth bass fishing on the Upper Potomac River with Jeff Greene from Shallow Water Fishing Adventures. We had one of those crazy Maryland February days with air temperature in the 70's, but the water conditions were less than ideal. A cold, swift and muddy river was a bad combo for winter smallmouth, but we made the most of it and kept the skunk out of the boat.
